This morning we woke up, packed up our suitcases, said goodbye to our neighbors, and headed up to Laredo, Texas. Tomorrow we fly out to Charlotte (pricelined tickets were cheaper than driving - YAY!).
When our friends dropped us off at the hotel I felt SO relieved! These past few months have been so busy, and I can't really think of a complete day off since April. This afternoon we went swimming, I came into the room and put my pajamas on, and I haven't moved since!
I'm thankful for a super-comfy bed, air conditioning, cable TV, and a reliable internet connection. That is my list for today... In a few days I'm sure I will be writing my list of things I'm thankful for in Mexico, but for today you get my "comfort list".
