Counting Calories, etc...

The older I get, the more confident I am in the kitchen. I'm not so tied to the cookbook, and am a little more adventurous to add things or subtract things from a recipe. The problem with doing this is you don't always know the nutritional information to what you are cooking. If you are trying to count calories or do Weight Watchers, you have to know this information!

I found this great free recipe calculator today. If you are into such things, you may want to try it out. I was surprised to see how many calories and fat grams are in my favorite homemade ginger snaps! We won't be having those as often for sure!
